Weight Loss

Medical weight loss programs are offered and managed by Chealsea Birchfield, FNP under supervision of a local MD. An initial visit is required prior to initiation of any medication. Labs are not included and may be ordered if needed. Medication cost depends on what is prescribed and dosage.

Follow up visits

Bi-weekly, monthly, or quarterly visits to evaluate progress, discuss nutrition, and monitor medication usage and side effects

Nutrition Counseling Only

Bi-weekly or monthly visits for accountability and counseling on nutrition and exercise.

Required for initiation of prescription medication for weight loss if not drawn in the last 6 months.

Bioidentical Hormone Replacement Therapy

Bioidentical hormone replacement can improve menopausal symptoms, aid in weight loss, increase energy levels, and improve your mood. These hormones include progesterone, estradiol, testosterone, and DHEA. This is best implemented during perimenopause/menopause for optimal results. Treatment is tailored to patient specific needs. We use a compounding pharmacy for bio identical hormone replacement therapy.
